For a few years now I have worked with our existing site but have found that it is rather limited compared to others. I have been working on a new site for a while and have decided to move our information over to http://www.fellowshipbreakfast.wordpress.com/ Our BLOGSPOT account will remain as is for anyone to view past events and also pick up the link to out new site. I hope this will be more exciting to view. Please use the comment sections as often as you can as this helps to make things more interactive. Thanks for your support. John Lawrence

SPECIAL BENEFIT DINNER AT GOODIES

(John Lawrence)
I was quite overwhelmed by the turn out last Sunday evening and surprised at just how many people I knew. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all who participated in the evening and a very special thanks to Brian and Gayle from Goodies Cafe who made this event happen. As most of you know being self employed is tough when you get sick and so the monies raised will help keep me afloat until I can resume my business a little later in the summer if at all possible. In the meantime I am gaining strength from day to day. I had a clean bill of health from the chemotherapy doctors this week and do not need to see them again. Praise the Lord. My next appointment is in August to see Dr.Hope my radiation doctor after going through the usual scans and tests. I am believing for the same results so please keep me in you prayers for a complete healing from this cancer. May God richly bless each and every one of my dear family and friends.

Come and join us for a great morning of food, fellowship, worship and an inspirational message.
Our speaker will be: Morris Fisher
Morris Fisher was born in Sault Ste. Marie and was raised in a loving home where the family went to church every Sunday. Like many teenagers, Morris left the church and thus began a long trip away from God and into the world. Morris entered the Canadian Navy at 17 years of age and after 6 years in the navy, a marriage and 3 children Morris returned to Sault Ste. Marie. After working for Algoma Steel for 10 years, Morris and his family moved to Ottawa. Eventually Morris and his first wife divorced. After several years of living a life style that was far from God, Morris met his present wife of 26 years. Donna’s husband had died 5 years previously, leaving Donna with two young girls. God made His first move touching Morris’ heart and 2 years later Morris and Donna were married and Donna's’ two girls were adopted by Morris. Donna was a Christian, and thus along with his faithful sister, Jane, began praying for Morris to come to know The Lord Jesus as His Lord and Savior.
During his walk Morris has been involved in several ministries: Chairman of the Greater Moncton Promise Keepers Board; member of Anglican Renewal Ministries. Along with Donna - Alpha Advisors and a member of Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship. Morris' desire is to touch others for Jesus through mentoring and encouragement.

The prayed much about this until Scott Jackson came onto the scene and then had the privilege of serving with Life 100.3 start up committee. It was during this time the Elke was diagnosed with cancer and went home to be with the Lord in the year 2000. Guenther continued with youth work and established Cephas Youth Ministry. UPDATE ON GREG THURLOW'S TRIP TO RUSSIA

Shortly after Greg arrived back in Canada he called me and was just overwhelmed with the events that took place during his trip into Siberia. People were healed, deaf ears opened and in one town where they had never heard the name of Jesus, over 75% of the population were saved. He also thanked us for our financial help and said that the money we sent, will keep one school in pens, pencils and writing books for an entire year. Praise the Lord.

Our speaker will be Kate Murphy

My name is Kate Murphy and I am 37 years young! God has placed a burning passion in my heart to see young people raised up in the Kingdom of God full of His confidence and moving forward with His purpose for their lives. I believe that there is a mandate in the Body of Christ to begin to look past the outward appearance of the youth we encounter everyday, and see with the eyes of the Spirit into the heart! The youth of the 21st century church need to be loved, taught, ministered to and mentored! I desire to see these Davidʼs, Joshuaʼs, Timothyʼs, Deborahʼs and Estherʼs released into their callings and being passionate about their destiny!
I spent 10 years working with Ellel Ministries in Canada and the UK as well asSinging Waters Ministries. These years were life changing for me. I was involved in many aspects of the ministries and became hungrier for the things of the Fatherʼs heart. In the summer of 2003, I began to hear God say that it was time to step out of the boat and He led me to Australia where I was involved in a church for six months. It was there that God really breathed His breath on my passion for youth and worship and I went to Powder Springs, GA to work at achurch as the Youth Pastor/Worship Leader. Again, these years were years of tremendous growth. I am affiliated with Firestarter Ministries and was ordained with them in 2006. I moved back to Barrie in 2007 and have enjoyed reconnecting with friends and family! I wait patiently for my Father to unfold His next step for me and until then will be obedient where I am!

Worship will be lead by Jan Carne and team

NEW SEASON STARTS SEPTEMBER 27

Having a break for the summer allows us all to recharge our batteries, so to speak. It also gives us time to reflect on the previous season and to see if any changes need to be made for the future. I would like to thank Bruce Pike and Jim and Jessie Somerville for their help and support over the past years. I would also like to thank all the saints who faithfully attend these meetings and contribute to the success of this fellowship. I look forward to seeing you all again in September. God Bless. MAY 31ST - FINAL BREAKFAST FOR THE SEASON

at
Goodies Cafe
1470 Mosley Street @ 34th Street, Wasaga Beach
for a Buffet Breakfast Meal
Cost $7.00
Breakfast starts sharp at 8am

We are please to announce that Kathleen Seagram (daughter of Rev. Jim Seagram) will be our guest speaker. Kathleen was born and raised in small-town-Ontario, with the exception of a few years in small-town-Alberta. In the past few years she as visited Haiti, England, Mozambique, USA, Brazil, and India. After completing undergraduate studies in English she spent two years as a ministry intern for Randy Clark, Global Awakening, based in Mechanicsburg, PA, USA. Following that time she spent six months living in Londrina, PR, Brazil learning Portuguese and being apart of a Worship and Intercession Ministry called House of David. This past fall she spent three months interning with Gary and Kathi Oates who are based in Moravian Falls, NC, USA. Throughout these years of formal and informal training she feels the Lord has been molding her and drawing her closer to himself. Being behind the scenes of Ministry her entire life, first as a pastors' daughter, then as a participant of international ministries, has brought her to understand one main thing; intimacy with the Lord is everything.
